With Flowly’s app, you can easily monitor your wellness journey through our personalized data portal. By visualizing your progress over time, Flowly empowers you to take control of your relaxation and wellbeing, making it easier to see the benefits of your efforts.
My work in recent years has been focused on being able to listen to our bodies and how they are impacted by our environment and trauma. Being able to fully experience ourselves is paramount to healing since it allows us to find ways to feel ’safe'. Flowly allows us to visualize our breaths and learn to calm our nervous system. During the 12-week program, you’ll utilize Flowly’s VR system alongside your weekly therapy appointments to support your relaxation, stress management, and overall wellbeing. Through a custom pain curriculum in-app - developed alongside pain psychologists and pain therapists - the Flowly VR System will supplement the lessons you’ll learn from your therapy appointments with daily VR sessions.
Once the program ends, the Flowly VR System will continue to be a lifelong resource in your wellness toolkit. You'll unlock the full library of Flowly's VR worlds, which will deepen your relaxation practice and are accessible anytime, anyplace for stress management and to calm your nervous system. As a Healing from Pain program alum, you’ll be invited to workshops and seminars by pain specialists and physicians to be better informed and educated around the latest in pain psychology and chronic pain management.
